1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
If there is a delay, I will notify you by email.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Weight/size of items
- Selected shipping method
Shipping options may include:
- Royal Mail
- Courier services (e.g., DPD, Evri, UPS)
1.3 Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 7 business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs checks
- Postal service disruptions
- Strikes or weather conditions
1.4 Order Tracking
If tracking is included with your shipping method, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
1.5 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country.
1.6 Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

- Replacement or refund will be offered when the parcel is confirmed lost
2. Refunds & Returns Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase. This section outlines your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2.1 Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

Cooling-off period exclusions
The following items cannot be cancelled or returned:
- Custom or personalised products
- Digital downloads after they have been accessed or downloaded
- Perishable goods
- Items opened for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, earrings)
2.2 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Packaging must be intact
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty)

2.3 Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Include photos and your order number
- I will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law

Once I receive and inspect your return:
- I will notify you by email
- Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days via your original payment method
Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
2.5 Exchanges
I currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want to exchange an item:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order for the replacement
2.6 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Digital products once downloaded
- Gift cards
- Clearance sale items (if marked “non-returnable”)
- Personalised or bespoke goods
3. Digital Products
- You will receive access immediately after purchase
- By completing checkout, you consent to the download starting within 14 days
- This waives your statutory right to cancel
- Refunds are only offered if the digital file is defective or inaccessible
4. Late or Missing Refunds
